As a part of the new laws being enforced by EU new GDPR we must inform our clients that we do not share any information unless requested by a medical practitioner if at any point you needed admission to hospital whilst on our premises.

All medical records are kept for 7 years as per the request of health and safety. These forms are stored in a lockable filing cabinet are incinerated after 7 years.

All clients are asked to sign a disclaimer allowing us to use before and after images. No images are used on social media without written signed consent from the client first.

We only contact you to remind you of your appointment via text and email.

You have the right to opt out of this communication however written notice must be given.

If at any point you feel unhappy with anything please email in your complaint and a member of staff will get back to you.
